Sales Leadership Opportunity
Drive growth across LATAM by selling nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategically manage key accounts in LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
2. Develop territory plans to capture new business and execute country-level strategies for market expansion.
3. Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, highlighting benefits, applications, and go-to-market plans.
4. Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and protect market share.
6. Meet sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM management.
7. Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
8. Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
9. Maintain knowledge of regional regulations and standards (e.g., ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA).
