Join us in shaping our future—and yours.Role reports to: Technical Operation Director LatamTravel %: 10%What you will doThe Facilities Manager Engineering oversees all engineering operations and maintenance projects within facilities & utilities, ensuring systems run efficiently to support operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation of engineering projects and strategic capex initiatives aligned with Kenvue's goals.Collaborate with stakeholders to address engineering challenges in facility & utility management.Manage large-scale engineering projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.Ensure all project change controls, validations, and documentation comply with Quality Management System standards and regulations.Develop strategies to optimize facility operations and maintenance.Lead cost-efficiency and technical improvement initiatives.Act as the technical lead for Civil Engineering projects, ensuring successful outcomes.Coordinate contractor activities, providing technical guidance across project phases.QualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with active CREA registration.Extensive experience managing engineering facilities.Strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills in English.Desired QualificationsStrong leadership skills to motivate teams towards innovative goals.In-depth knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulations.Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.What’s in it for youPaid holidays, vacation, volunteer time, and more.Learning and development opportunities.*Note: Total Rewards include salary, bonus (if applicable), and benefits.
