We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Home Care Scheduler to join our team. As a Home Care Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless care delivery to our clients.
About the Role
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage caregiver schedules, call-outs, and no-shows to ensure continuous client coverage. This involves coordinating with caregivers, clients, and agencies to schedule shifts and resolve scheduling conflicts in real-time.
You will also be responsible for documenting updates accurately in the system to avoid missed calls or service disruptions. Additionally, you will collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth handoffs across shifts and 24/7 coverage.
Your expertise in EMR/scheduling systems (e.g., WellSky, AxisCare, ClearCare) and ability to learn new platforms quickly will be valuable assets in this role.
Requirements
* Experience: 1–2+ years in U.S. healthcare operations, patient coordination, or provider support roles.
* Communication Skills: Proven experience speaking with physicians, clinic staff, or healthcare providers.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with EMR/scheduling systems (e.g., WellSky, AxisCare, ClearCare).
* Tech Savviness: Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms; comfortable working with AI-driven tools.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve urgent scheduling conflicts.
