Business Delivery Excellence Lead - The LATAM Delivery Head will lead solutions delivery in all aspects, supporting the region business. Key Responsibilities Customer Delivery Relationship Management: Ensures world-class delivery results and builds strong client relationships. Serves as the ''go-to'' person for senior client stakeholders and acts as an escalation point for non-routine delivery issues. Internal Stakeholders Delivery Management: Builds trust-based relationships with internal leadership and acts as an escalation point for concerns or conflicts. Regularly communicates delivery status and risks to ensure ongoing alignment of priorities and expectations. Project/Programme Oversight & Delivery Assurance: Owns the successful delivery of implementations and projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations. Directs team members to resolve complex issues and defines KPIs and SLOs to meet client commitments. Line Management: Owns the overall achievement of TSYS solutions delivery KPIs and goals. Mentors and grows delivery managers with a focus on client delivery excellence. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor''s Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. Proven end-to-end project leadership experience in the payments industry. Experience leading implementations with significant data migrations and integrations.
