This role involves collaborating with experienced bankers to support high-profile mergers and acquisitions transactions in the technology sector.
* Advanced Financial Modeling & Analysis:
o Analyze significant amounts of unstructured data to develop a comprehensive financial understanding of clients.
o Build sophisticated financial models to assess various capital structures and valuation scenarios.
* Deal Execution Support:
o Collaborate directly with clients and internal senior partners to provide regular updates on transaction progress.
o Coordinate due diligence processes and prepare transaction documentation.
* Pitchbook & Presentation Development:
o Craft high-impact pitch materials presenting complex financial data in an accessible format.
o Update client-facing materials with new market insights and emerging sector opportunities.
* Market & Industry Research:
o Conduct in-depth industry analyses monitoring key competitive trends and regulatory developments.
* Mentorship & Team Coordination:
o Oversee junior analysts in research, modeling best practices, and quality control.
* Process Optimization & Best Practices:
o Evaluate current deal execution procedures and implement improvements to streamline workflows.
