Your role focuses on learning account management fundamentals, supporting customer relationships, and contributing to the identification of improvement opportunities together with experienced account managers. You help ensure transparent communication, structured coordination, and reliable service delivery while building a solid understanding of business needs and the Würth IT service portfolio.
