The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating insights, developing frameworks, and optimizing patient identification and referral pathways.
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in a similar role.
2. Strong background in dermatology or rheumatology, with experience engaging with dermatologist-focused clinical trial sites and investigators.
3. Proven ability to support clinical trial enrollment, patient identification, and site engagement.
4. Experience generating insights and developing frameworks to address complex challenges in clinical trial operations.
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
6. Clinical Trial Support:
* Collaborate with clinical trial teams to support trial enrollment efforts.
* Engage with clinical trial sites and investigators to ensure smooth trial operations.
* Provide education and training to clinical sites on study protocols and therapeutic areas.
7. Insight Generation and Framework Creation:
* Gather and synthesize insights from healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders.
* Develop frameworks to streamline patient identification and referral pathways.
8. Stakeholder Engagement:
* Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, clinical trial investigators, and key opinion leaders.
* Act as a liaison between clinical sites, investigators, and internal teams.
