Location
Remote – based anywhere in the Americas (North, Central, or South).
Languages: Brazilian Portuguese (native or advanced) and English (fluent) are required. Spanish is a plus.
Role Objective
The role will drive customer success in cybersecurity, strengthening the relationship between adaQuest, Microsoft, and our clients across the region. Key objectives include:
* Ensuring successful adoption and optimization of Microsoft Security technologies.
* Maximizing customer value through professional services and joint strategies with Microsoft.
* Building strong, long-term relationships that lead to growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Customer & Lead Management
* Engage with leads and prospects interested in adaQuest’s cybersecurity services.
* Conduct assessments and propose tailored solutions based on the Microsoft Security portfolio.
* Re-engage and expand relationships with existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive Customer Success practices.
Collaboration with Microsoft
* Partner closely with Microsoft teams in the U.S., Latin America, and Brazil.
* Execute joint initiatives and align with Microsoft’s global Security strategy.
* Represent adaQuest as a trusted cybersecurity partner within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Cybersecurity Focus
* Drive adoption of Microsoft Defender Suite, Microsoft Entra, Purview, Sentinel, Intune, Autopilot, and related technologies.
* Guide customers in strengthening their security and compliance posture.
* Translate customer needs into actionable, security-focused outcomes.
Requirements
* Proven experience building and managing strategic customer and partner relationships in the Microsoft Partner Program ecosystem and/or being and MSP.
* Customer Success Management or Cybersecurity Consulting, ideally in professional services.
* Strong expertise with Microsoft Security & Compliance solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365 Defender, Entra, Purview, Intune, Sentinel, etc.).
* Excellent communication, consultative, and relationship management skills in Portuguese and English (Spanish a plus).
* Ability to thrive in a remote, multicultural, and fast-paced environment.
