Client Relationship Manager Role
We seek a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to oversee agency partnerships with chiropractic, dental, and medspa clinics. This critical position harmoniously blends client engagement, performance optimization, and internal collaboration.
* Foster regular communication via calls, emails, and texts with each clinic client.
* Provide transparent updates on campaign progress, future enhancements, and key performance indicators.
* Cultivate trust through prompt responses, proactive initiatives, and open transparency.
Main Responsibilities:
* Welcome new clients onboard: ensure seamless tracking, GoHighLevel integration, and campaign configuration.
* Establish clear expectations around timelines, deliverables, and high-performance benchmarks.
* Oversight and Campaign Troubleshooting: Daily review of ad and funnel performance, track metrics such as cost-per-lead (CPL), generated leads, bookings, show rate, and conversion rate.
