**Key Responsibilities**:
Monitor new regulatory, financial and political trends, anticipating risks and developing strategies in the region (BRA/UF/Hospital)
Develop a sustainable relationship with the departments from the State Health Secretariats for an ethical, empathetic approach and with the purpose of developing and proposing constructive guidelines with the objective of improving/expanding access to patients
Develop and engage a multi-stakeholder network in an ethical and sustainable manner, with key stakeholders within public institutions and other organizations, aiming to maximize access to HVD diagnosis and treatment by considering the concepts of universality, equity and comprehensiveness in the BRA Public HC System
Represents leadership on projects within a specific area interfacing with project managers and cross functional teams
Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within Brazil
**Education and Experience**:
Experience in the Public Health environment; value-messages development and all the materials related to the public stakeholders engagement
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Public Market Access or Public Key Account Manager
Pharmacy, Health economics, Lawyer, and PR training background is preferred
**Additional Skills**:
Know and understand the relevant local treatment guidelines and linked to the focus technologies defined by the company's strategy;
Expert understanding of related aspects of reimbursement processes at Public organizations - Hospital and Secretary levels;
Strong communication and influencing skills, able to work in a matrix environment and to work with Hospital and Public organizations leaders;
Ability to build strong relationships with KOLs and Healthcare related authorities;
Expert understanding of healthcare MedTech industry;
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels;
Proven expertise in both Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Power Point systems
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;

Works independently without close supervision
Little or no authority to deviate from established procedures
Compares and evaluates possible courses of action after considering various possibilities

Determines or effectively recommends course of action after considering potential risks of alternatives

Direction tends to be high level and focused on end results with means of accomplishment left to incumbent
