Job Title: Workday Certified Project Manager
Job Overview:
This role involves supporting production support and enhancement initiatives, leading release activities, and preparing project presentations.
Additional tasks include reviewing test cases, supporting UAT, maintaining a knowledge/response catalog, and working independently on CCB and Studio integrations in the Workday HCM space.
Must-Have Skills:
* Workday Certified (HCM, Compensation, or related module)
* 5+ years' experience in Workday functional, Business Analyst, or Project Manager roles
* Strong Workday configuration and business process setup knowledge
* Proven experience with production support, enhancement management, and Agile delivery
* Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Exposure to CCB, Studio integrations, and payroll support
