The Local Service Transition Consultant ensures that each country‑level implementation moves smoothly from project delivery into operational readiness. Working with the Global Service Transition team and local stakeholders, this role oversees all transition activities to guarantee delivery within scope, quality, timelines, and budget.
Main Responsibilities
Lead local workshops to clarify in‑scope services, delivery model, and system landscape.
Help clients understand the implementation methodology and project phases.
Onboard BAU operational teams and prepare key documents (Payroll Calendar, Trusted Source List).
Provide system access to clients and Operations.
Implement local service delivery tools (case management, call center, SLA tools).
Coordinate and lead client and BAU Operations training ahead of go‑live.
Lead all testing phases to ensure systems are configured and integrated as required.
Plan transition activities and resource needs.
Identify and communicate risks; monitor progress against scope, quality, time, and budget.
Prepare and support the hypercare period.
Main objective: successful transition from Project to BAU services.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
1–2 years of payroll/HR experience (asset).
Experience in implementation teams (plus).
Strong client management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Knowledge of Strada tools or other payroll systems is an advantage.
Strong communication skills; customer‑facing experience.
Good English (additional languages beneficial).
Highly organized; able to oversee multiple projects.
Good PC skills; Microsoft tools and Smartsheet (plus).
Ability to run process/service workshops.
Experience with service testing (SIT, SBT, rehearsals, parallel runs).
Experience in knowledge transfer and service transitions.
