Overview:
One of our fast-growing US clients is looking for a versatile SEO marketer with a strong Growth foundation and proven experience running B2B campaigns. In this role, you'll own the search strategy, drive measurable pipeline growth, and support high-impact marketing initiatives across the funnel.
You’ll spend about 60% of your time on SEO (including AI-driven SEO) and 40% on broader growth projects. From improving rankings on Google and LLMs to launching targeted ads on LinkedIn and Google, you’ll be responsible for identifying the biggest opportunities, creating a plan, and executing quickly.
This is a high-agency, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants room to grow.
Responsibilities:
* Own and evolve the SEO strategy to improve rankings, visibility, and conversions across both Google search and large language models.
* Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page content, lead technical SEO improvements, and run AI-SEO experiments.
* Report weekly on performance, key insights, and recommended actions.
* Launch, manage, and optimize B2B campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads to drive qualified leads.
* Write high-converting copy for ads, landing pages, and growth experiments.
* Support awareness and demand-gen initiatives, including webinar promotion, content refreshes, and campaign execution.
* Collaborate closely with the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to execute cross-functional growth projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
* 5+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in B2B environments.
* Proven success in SEO, including technical SEO, content optimization, and AI-driven SEO strategies.
* Hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
* Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalents.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Strong copywriting ability, especially for ads and landing pages.
* High ownership mindset, you prioritize effectively, execute independently, and move fast.
Nice-to-Haves:
* Startup experience or comfort operating in fast-paced environments.
* Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization.
