This is afully remote contractor role.The main focus of this role will be identifying, engaging, and managing candidates for a variety of technology positions while partnering closely with hiring teams to ensure an efficient and high-quality recruitment process.Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for technology roles across multiple countries. Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks. Conduct candidate screenings to assess technical background, communication skills, and overall fit. Coordinate interview processes and maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Partner with internal teams to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience.Requirements Proven experience recruitingIT and technology profiles. Solid experience hiring for roles such asSalesforce, Java, Golang, DevOps, Data Science, AI, or similar technical positions. Strong sourcing skills and experience recruiting across Latin America. Advanced English (both written and spoken).
