 
        
        Mosaic Puzzles is a fast-paced startup built by ex-Uber and Amazon employees. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee and manage the company's project portfolio, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Run and oversee project management and program management functions across the entire company
 * Manage business operations internal to the organization
 * Manage trade shows and holiday market events (staffing, logistics, planning)
 * Travel to the United States as needed for trade shows and events
 * Run annual and quarterly planning for the company
 * Set the pace and ensure all stakeholders are accountable to timelines
 * Determine departmental KPIs for annual and quarterly goal setting
The ideal candidate should have skills in Project Management, Program Management, Team Leadership, Strategic Planning and Decision-Making, Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, Cost benefit analysis skills, Analytical skills, Design skills, Risk Management and Problem-Solving skills. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field, and Certification in Project Management (PMP) is also required. 7-15 years of project management experience is preferred.
