About the Role
We're looking for a highly driven Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our social media strategy and execution, with the clear objective of scaling sales for our e-commerce store. This is a performance-focused role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on implementation. You will manage everything from content direction and engagement tactics to influencer outreach and competitor research.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, own, and execute the full social media strategy to drive e-commerce sales.
* Develop high-performing content concepts, hooks, and conversion mechanisms.
* Identify, contact, and manage influencer partnerships.
* Conduct competitor research and industry trend analysis to inform strategy.
* Track results and continuously optimize based on sales outcomes and performance data.
* Collaborate with leadership to align social strategy with business goals.
* Report performance KPIs and results transparently.
Core Requirements
* 3+ years managing social media strategy for e-commerce brands.
* Demonstrated success generating sales via organic and/or influencer channels.
* Experience leading campaigns end-to-end (strategy + execution).

* Strong knowledge of direct-response social media tactics.
* Proven experience in influencer outreach and collaboration management.
* Deep understanding of effective hooks, conversion drivers, and content strategy.
