Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Marketing Automation & Integration Specialist. Our client is one of the largest insurers in the United States, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and maintaining scalable MarTech solutions with a focus on data integration, customer journey orchestration, and marketing automation.
* Design and maintain data pipelines between Snowflake, Segment CDP, Braze, and additional platforms
* Implement real-time and batch data ingestion strategies
* Manage customer event tracking and identity resolution within Segment
* Orchestrate personalized marketing campaigns in Braze using dynamic segmentation and behavioral triggers
* Ensure data integrity and feedback loops from Braze back into Snowflake via Segment
* Automate data transformations and enrichment using scripting languages
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues across platforms

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* 4 to 6 years of experience in IT environments with a strong focus on MarTech architecture
* Familiarity with insurance industry data and customer lifecycle models
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT, Data Science, Software Engineering
* Fluency in English
