Key Responsibilities:

* Agile Methodologies: Manage sprints, backlogs, and work items within Agile frameworks to ensure project transparency and alignment.
* Business Analysis: Gather business requirements, perform process mapping, and conduct stakeholder interviews to clearly define and document business needs.
* Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and communicating project progress effectively.
* Technical Oversight: Collaborate with Technical Architects to ensure project designs align with business objectives and technical standards.
* Quality Assurance & Risk Management: Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet required standards and mitigate project risks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Fluent English
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or closely related field
* Minimum of 8 years of IT project management experience in an Agile environment
* Hands-on development or coding experience
* Proven track record of managing teams of Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts
* Ability to perform business analysis on projects
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
