Role:IT Software License Specialist Position Type:Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week) Contract Duration:6 Months+ (with a possibility of extension) Work Hours:UST Time Work Schedule:8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) Location:100% RemoteJoin ourSoftware Asset Management (SAM)team underEnterprise Architectureand help drive license compliance, cost optimization, and effective software governance.Key Responsibilities: Analyze software usage to identify underutilized licenses and cost-saving opportunities Manage license tracking, entitlements, and usage across systems Support internal/external software audits and license compliance Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and license procurement Work with SAM tools (ServiceNow) and vendor software portals Create reports and dashboards for stakeholdersRequirements: 14 years of relevant experience Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred (IT/CS or related) Strong understanding of software licensing and SAM methodologies Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills Experience withServiceNow Software Asset Managementpreferred
