Ceragon Networks’ Account Sales Executive or Senior Sales Account will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth in the region by developing, maintaining and effectively growing our customer base. The right candidate must have a proven track record of effectively hunting and finding new business in the Energy Sectors. The individual must be well versed in broadband wireless applications, understand solution selling, and be results driven with a clear record of exceeding sales targets.

Key duties/responsibilities
Responsible for sales for Ceragon Networks in Brazil, focusing on Private Network Business in the Energy vertical (Mining and Oil & Gas). Job duties include:
Execute on Ceragon’s comprehensive Go-To-Market sales strategy for the Energy vertical markets to achieve booking, revenue, profit and growth targets
Execute sales, strategic account planning and overall relationship management for our vertical customers
Act as a trusted advisor to influence customer’s technology platform decisions and develop preference and loyalty for Ceragon solutions
Develop, manage, and report on KPI’s including sales funnel and provide accurate and timely forecasts to management
Use Sales Force and other company tools to provide business information in support of sales activities
Work with internal stakeholders to exceed customer expectations
Conduct sales activities including solution selling, establishing value prop, responding to tenders, and performing hands-on demonstrations
Be an industry thought leader and represent Ceragon at various industry events by actively participating in associations and organization related to the segment
Attend tradeshows and participate in other sales/marketing events as required
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of sales in the Energy Sectors, specifically Mining and Oil & Gas for both offshore and onshore connectivity as a hunter
Proven customer relations in the Mining and Oil & Gas verticals in Brazil
Excellent communication skills required (oral, written & presentation)
Excellent negotiation skills
Track record of ability to close complex sales
Deep understanding of the energy markets, with prior relationships and engagements with Super Major and Major Energy Companies, as well as major mining production companies
Technical background and experience in the communications industry, with knowledge of telecom, and data networks through knowledge in RF, Microwave and wireless products is desired
Wireless mobility solutions and Access Technology experience is an asset
Recognized as highly credible in a competitive sales environment
Ability to work effectively at all levels and thrive under pressure
Successful sales leadership experience with high value/price system sales to senior management
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-Level executives
