DescriçãoThis is a position for the Operational Excellence team in Brazil, to act as a liaison between the UWL Brazil office and the UWL Inc. office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support to the US Import/Export team, handling shipments, and providing customers with the best solutions for their logistics needs, with a focus on customer satisfaction and the efficiency of UWL, Inc. services.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQualify opportunities to determine the validity of shipment requests.Address customer needs and requests with internal stakeholders.Enter import/export data and issue documents through the customer and UWL systems.Account responsibility at an administrative levelDirect support to the US operations teamOpen shipments, if applicableReview and update open files according to documents, if applicableOperate daily tasks within a workflowCommunicate with operations, carriers, agentsOperate tracking and tracing and troubleshoot rail inbound and outbound issues, if applicableConsolidate filesManage accumulated shipmentsRequisitos e qualificaçõesIntermediate level of English.Previous experience working with the US in any operation and prior knowledge of ISF are a plus.
