**Key Responsibilities:**

4. We collect, organize, and provide data for regulatory reporting purposes.
5. Monitor tax and foreign exchange compliance risks associated with stablecoin-based transactions.
6. Handle cross-border crypto transactions filings and reports.
7. Assist in interpreting local regulatory developments to align operational processes accordingly.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:
* At least 3+ years of experience in operations, financial operations, or back-office roles related to crypto transactions.
* Strong understanding of stablecoins, blockchain payment flows, and operational risk management.
* Familiarity with Brazilian financial reporting and tax compliance regulations.
