As a user experience designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and intuitive design solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop comprehensive UI design strategies to drive business growth.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our products remain competitive.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted solutions.
* Design and implement engaging visual interfaces and 2D/3D assets that enhance the user experience.
* Present design proposals to customers and iterate on feedback to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
* Fluent English language skills are mandatory.
* Proficiency in Italian is a plus.
* Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of user behavior and ability to interpret user needs.
* Excellent analysis and benchmarking skills to stay ahead of the competition.
* Ability to craft compelling presentations that resonate with customers.
* In-depth knowledge of software tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, and Blender, as well as Microsoft Office.
* Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients.
