About this Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and engage with thousands of users passionate about digital privacy.
This is a full-time, remote position ideal for candidates based in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Peru. You will report directly to our Marketing Director and collaborate closely with our Community Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, create, and maintain a dynamic content calendar aligned with our brand voice across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X.
* Develop or brief multimedia content (graphics, infographics, videos) ensuring consistent, professional brand messaging.
* Proactively respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions, transforming interactions into positive brand experiences.
* Execute campaigns to drive follower growth and engagement; regularly analyze performance metrics to optimize content.
* Work closely with the Marketing and Community teams to share insights, launch coordinated campaigns, and pilot new platform features or strategies.
Qualifications:
* 1–2 years of experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or X).
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
* Excellent copywriting skills—clear, concise, and professional social captions.
* Proficient with scheduling tools and basic multimedia creation/editing.
* Comfortable analyzing social media data to inform strategy and performance improvements.
