Business Development Specialist
This role is responsible for driving growth, retention and cross-selling within existing accounts.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate onboarding and enablement sessions to ensure customers realize the full value of our solutions.
* Maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within client organizations.
* Business Growth Initiatives:
* Identify opportunities to grow, retain and cross-sell within existing accounts.
* Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities in assigned territories.
* Conduct prospecting activities, including calls, emails and presentations.
* Strategic Communication:
* Deliver compelling presentations and messaging to build awareness of our solutions.
* Support marketing activities such as workshops, seminars and industry events.
* Represent us at conferences and trade shows as agreed.
* Reporting & Documentation:
* Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM (Salesforce).
* Provide regular progress updates on engagement metrics and deliverables.
