Senior IT Recruiter
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and evaluating top talent in the technology industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full-cycle recruitment and staffing assignments for contract and permanent placement opportunities
* Create job descriptions and post jobs on various job sites and databases
* Network, research databases, contact, source, collect, screen applications, select, examine, evaluate, and interview candidates
* Prepare a qualified short list of prospective candidates
* C coordinate presentation of candidates to clients
Requirements:
* 5+ years in recruitment, including IT recruitment experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in DIRECT HEADHUNTING of permanent and contract technology candidates
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills
* Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
* Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* 2+ years of sales support or marketing experience
* 2+ years of social media engagement, especially on LinkedIn
* IT Knowledge
* Familiarity with MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter
* Working experience with CRM or ATS systems
