We are seeking a highly skilled Metadata Specialist to join our team. As a vital member of our airline metadata team, this expert role involves documenting processes, tracking progress against key milestones, managing high-priority metadata, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery to clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical support across customer accounts, including documenting processes, tracking progress against key milestones, managing high-priority metadata, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery to clients. Regular meetings with the metadata team and broader account team will focus on providing status updates, identifying blockers, and ensuring compliance with process improvements.
This specialist will also own key NLC/high priority metadata updates, ensure timely execution of content updates, investigate and resolve issues identified in OEM rack test reports, monitor key cycle milestones, and maintain an error log.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the subject matter expert for airline metadata across OEM systems
* Facilitate regular meetings and check-ins
* Create and maintain process documentation
* Develop and refine QC checklists
* Implement continuous process improvement
* Own key NLC/high priority metadata updates
* Ensure timely execution of content updates
* Investigate and resolve issues identified in OEM rack test reports
* Monitor key cycle milestones
* Maintain an error log
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Skills and Qualifications:
* 1-3 years of data-entry/CMS experience or similar applicable data experience
* Inflight industry experience is an added advantage
* Versatility, adaptability, and ability to function in high-paced environments
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work with global regions/cultures within different timezones
* Taking initiative
