Visual Branding Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Visual Branding Specialist to contribute to our Growth Marketing and Organic Social team. You will play a key role in defining the visual identity of our new brand under the ODDITY portfolio.
1. Create diverse assets for organic and paid social media, including carousels, post graphics, stories, and light video edits that align with our brand's visual identity.
2. Develop and maintain consistency across platforms by establishing a cohesive visual strategy for our new brand.
3. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to interpret briefs and bring ideas to life through visually impactful designs.
4. Repurpose and adapt content for different social formats and trends while maintaining brand integrity.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in graphic design for marketing or social media.
* Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
* Proven ability to design for social performance – balancing brand polish with native, engaging formats.
* Basic familiarity with AI design tools and interest in emerging creative technologies.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, openness to collaboration and feedback, strong attention to detail, and effective time management.
