We're seeking a seasoned Google Ads expert to join our team and take their career to the next level. As a Senior Google Ads Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing multiple SaaS accounts and driving revenue growth through data-driven campaigns.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Google Search, Display & YouTube campaigns for 8-12 SaaS accounts with budgets ranging from $5k-$50k/month.
* Optimize Google Ads based on HubSpot data to drive conversions and revenue.
* Launch and iterate experiments weekly, including ad copy, offers, and landing pages.
You'll Be Working On:
* Campaign ownership: You'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of your assigned campaigns, from strategy to execution.
* Lead-quality analytics: You'll analyze lead data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize campaigns accordingly.
* Client strategy and comms: You'll work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored strategies to achieve them.
What We're Looking For:
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, specifically in B2B SaaS (with a track record of generating SQLs).
* Fluency in HubSpot (or similar) and Google Tag Manager.
* The ability to juggle 5+ accounts solo, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
* Copywriting skills that can turn complex SaaS value props into compelling search ads.
