Talent Development Specialist Role:
As a key liaison between our organization and Randstad, this role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
This position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations for recruitment services delivery.
* Act as the primary point of contact for high-quality recruitment services delivery.
* Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to provide strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
* Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team to ensure all SLAs and KPIs are met.
* Analyze operational data to identify trends and solve issues in recruiting processes.
* Influence the team to achieve delivery goals and maintain client satisfaction.
* Present insights, updates, and reports to internal and client-side leadership in a confident manner.
Required Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a talent acquisition emphasis.
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, engaging with senior leadership and clients.
* Native Portuguese, Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence.
* Able to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
* Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance.
