About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and presenting high-quality technology candidates to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
* Recruit and evaluate technology candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networking sites, and referrals
* Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and other stakeholders
* Conduct thorough technical evaluations and assessments of candidates' skills and competencies
* Present shortlisted candidates to clients and negotiate terms of employment

Requirements:

* Proven track record of successfully recruiting and placing top talent in the technology sector
* Strong technical evaluation skills, with the ability to assess candidates' skills and competencies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Computer Science
