Job Overview:

We are a residential cleaning company based in California, USA, with a warm and collaborative team environment. This is a long-term role for someone who would enjoy working closely with a small, hands-on business rather than a large corporate environment.

Internal communication is in Portuguese, while client communication is in English and communication with the cleaning team is in Spanish.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently after training.

Type of Contract: Independent Contractor, Brazilian MEI.


Working Hours:

30 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

There is also an option to work 36 hours per week, which includes 2 Saturdays per month.


Two schedule options:

* 7:30am to 1:30pm Pacific Time (US), equivalent to 11:30 to 17:30 Brazil time
* 12pm to 6pm Pacific Time (US), equivalent to 16:00 to 22:00 Brazil time


Compensation (paid in Brazilian reais):

* R$ 3.000 per month for 30 hours per week, or R$ 3.600 per month for 36 hours per week
* Plus a performance-based bonus


Requirements:
* Advanced to professional level English required
* Basic to intermediate Spanish
* Strong written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients by phone, text, and email.
* Ability to follow procedures and instructions carefully
* Comfortable using Google Workspace tools, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive
* Reliable high-speed internet connection and a high-quality headset with voice isolation
* Quiet, interruption-free workspace during working hours, since you will handle live client calls



Responsibilities:

* Answer phone calls in English, handling initial inquiries, asking screening questions, and sharing service information
* Provide customer support, including email communication with clients
* Update and maintain client information in the CRM and other digital records
* Support administrative tasks, including scheduling and day-to-day follow-through
* Use basic to intermediate Spanish for simple text message conversations and occasional basic communication with the cleaning team
* Prepare emails and reports
