Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives in an agile engineering environment. This role will sit at the center of business, product, and engineering — translating priorities into action, driving clarity, and ensuring work is delivered with quality and consistency.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, navigating ambiguity, and keeping teams aligned and moving.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, from planning through execution and completion
* Build and manage delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination
* Partner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking (Jira)
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve
* Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed
* Support prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis
* Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability
* Track and report on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and tools
