We are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Manager to oversee our service operations and ensure seamless delivery of our enterprise support and consulting services. With expertise in managed services, IT operations, and external customer-facing roles, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining on-call coverage plans, incident management processes, SLA metrics tracking, configuration management systems.
About the Role:
1. Own the end-to-end delivery of service operations
2. Develop SOPs/runbooks/triage guides for SRE engineers
3. Establish configuration management process & environment data maintenance
4. Rewardable interaction with customers regarding commercial activities (renewals/expansions)-[ Handle paid change requests- Defend against under-scope contract risks] within matrix teams across business units.
