We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our fast-growing real estate startup in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Support & Helpdesk (40–50%):
o Serve as the primary responder for inbound support tickets from users.
o Monitor, triage, and resolve issues through Service Hub.
o Maintain strong response/resolution times with professional communication.
o Document common issues and build internal resources or playbooks.
* Operations & Administration (20–25%):
o Manage and optimize workflows, pipelines, automations, and ticket management across Service Hub.
o Maintain data accuracy for contacts, deals, and support tickets.
o Support setup and QA of new sequences, processes, and automation in Service Hub.
o Pull basic reports on sales activity, ticket volume, and performance metrics.
* Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting (20–25%):
o Execute outbound email campaigns and sequences targeting prospects such as real estate agents or brokers.
o Qualify inbound and outbound leads following defined playbooks.
o Set calls and demos for the sales team.
o Track all activities and updates inside Service Hub.
* Marketing Support (5–10%):
o Assist with email marketing campaigns, list building, and segmentation.
o Support basic digital marketing tasks as needed.
