The goal is to ensure that products/services are delivered according to client and company requirements, aligned with expected cost, schedule, and performance, while maintaining satisfaction of both internal and external clients until contract completion.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent the company to clients and partners in the project;Manage customer relations, ensuring contractual requirements are met to guarantee customer satisfaction;Ensure adherence to Thales' Chorus management system and best practices during project execution;Evaluate main project aspects, set objectives, organize planning, and present during the kick-off meeting;Manage cross-functional projects by identifying risks, strategies, and prioritizing efforts;Organize project team and resources based on required knowledge and skills;Collaborate with functional management to determine budgets and resource needs;Execute project deliverables;Hold regular project monitoring meetings with operational representatives;Identify deviations that could impact schedule, costs, scope, or technical aspects, and implement corrective actions;Make complex decisions and take practical, objective actions;Define problems and solutions with substantial impact, resolving conflicts through negotiation;Communicate scope changes, issues, and meeting outcomes to stakeholders;Track project progress, manage financial reporting, and organize documentation;Establish and maintain relationships with project members and stakeholders;Identify risks and mitigate them;Monitor and manage project risks, opportunities, costs, revenue, and margins, updating dashboards and indicators;Participate in and present project status at management meetings;Record lessons learned and ensure dissemination across the organization;Engage in organizational initiatives to improve project management practices;Identify new business opportunities within the program scope and inform the Commercial Department;Provide feedback from project team members to their managers.Minimum QualificationsUniversity degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, or related fields;Experience managing medium-sized, complex projects as a Project Manager;Proficiency in English;Knowledge of MS Office suite;Experience with planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera;Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.If you're excited about working with Thales but do not meet all requirements, we encourage you to join our Talent Community!What We OfferThales provides extensive benefits for full-time employees (30+ hours/week), including:Elective health and dental plans;Retirement savings plan with company contributions and matching;Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave;Company-provided life insurance.Why Join Us?Say hi and learn more about working at Thales click here.#LI-HybridAt Thales, we provide careers, not just jobs.
