Sax Trading (https://saxtrading.Com) is Hiring a Mid/ Sr Financial Analyst to work full time as an independent contractor.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.
Responsibilities
* Financial planning: Preparation of budgets, financial projections, and short- and long-term strategic plans. Cash flow control: Monitoring of resources inflows and outflows, ensuring the company's liquidity.
* Feasibility analysis: Assessment of investments, projects, and initiatives to determine their profitability and financial impact.
* Management of financial indicators: Tracking KPIs (such as profit margin, ROI, EBITDA) to evaluate financial performance.
* Negotiation with financial institutions: Management of relationships with banks, fundraising, and debt administration.
* Accounting supervision: Ensuring the correct preparation of balance sheets, income statements (DRE), and other accounting reports.
* Compliance with accounting standards: Ensuring that accounting practices are aligned with CPC (Accounting Pronouncements Committee) and IFRS (international standards).
* Accounting closing: Coordination of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring the accuracy of information.
* Cost management: Analysis and control of operational costs, identifying opportunities for reduction and efficiency improvement.
* Tax planning: Development of strategies to optimize the tax burden, complying with current legislation.
* Tax compliance: Ensuring fulfillment of tax obligations, such as submission of declarations (SPED, ECD, ECF) and payment of taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, etc.).
* Management of tax risks: Identification and mitigation of risks related to tax assessments or non-compliance.
* Monitoring legal changes: Tracking changes in tax legislation to adapt the company's processes.
