**What the day will look like?**
- _ Design and lead the technical architecture of TBS in LATAM, aligning it with global standards and business needs. _
- _Handle and guide the technical configuration team, optimizing resources and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. _
- _Align technical solutions with business and regional objectives, collaborating with both local and global stakeholders. _
- _Ensure quality, security, and scalability across all implementations by establishing technical best practices. _
- _Drive continuous improvement in processes and technology, integrating innovations to improve efficiency and customer value._

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- _ Deep knowledge of software architecture, systems integration, and SaaS platform principles._
- _ Hands-on experience with APIs, data integration, and enterprise architecture frameworks. _
- _Proven track record in defining and implementing technical strategies for regional or multi-country projects. _
- _Experience leading technical teams and managing resources in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment. _
- _Demonstrated ability to align technical solutions with business objectives. _
- _Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus. _
- _Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field._
- _ Certifications in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) or project management (e.g., PMP) are a strong advantage. _
- _Technological Tools: Office 365, SQL, programming languages, database administration._
