Scrum Master Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our Product and Engineering environment. This is a hands-on role that requires working closely with Agile leadership and distributed teams.
About the Job
This role involves facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles. You will support one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team, and partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
You will assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices, identify and remove impediments impacting team progress, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
This role requires strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, experience working with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence, and proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts.
As a successful Scrum Master, you will have experience working with distributed global teams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong collaboration and teamwork mindset.
You will also possess problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, adaptability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude. A SAFe certification is highly desired, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field is optional.
