We're currently seeking full-stack developers to join our engineering team, with a strong emphasis on deep Word Press and modern Java Script experience. The Role We’re looking for two skilled full-stack developers, ideally from an agency or product background, to help us deliver best-in-class Word Press-based experiences. At least one of these candidates must be a PHP and Word Press expert, while the other may lean more toward Java Script and React development—though both should bring solid WP development skills to the table. You’ll be working on high-scale web platforms using modern architecture, including headless Word Press setups. Our ideal candidates are highly collaborative, write clean and well-documented code, and are comfortable owning features end-to-end in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities Design and implement high-quality, maintainable full-stack solutions Lead or support development of custom Word Press themes, plugins, and Gutenberg blocks Build scalable headless architectures with Word Press as a backend (REST/Graph QL APIs) Work with modern Java Script tooling and frameworks (React, Redux, Node.js, Webpack) Manage SQL databases and optimize performance Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, PMs, and QA Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives Minimum Qualifications Advanced level of written and oral English proficiency 5+ years of full-stack development experience Strong experience with PHP and Word Press core development Experience with ACF, Word Press templating, custom post types, and plugin development Proficiency in Java Script (including ES6+), HTML, and CSS Experience with React (especially Gutenberg block development) and Redux Familiarity with headless architecture, REST APIs, and Graph QL Proficient with Git, Git Hub, and CI/CD tools Understanding of accessibility and performance best practices Experience with Agile development processes Strong UNIX/Linux command line skills Nice to Have Familiarity with Alley’s Irving framework Experience with Node.js and Express Webpack or other Java Script build tools Experience with Redux Sagas Cloud infrastructure familiarity (e.g., AWS, Vercel, Netlify) Benefits - Yearly Office Allowance Budget - Macbook Purchase Support - Wellbeing Support If you think that you are a good fit for the position, please apply through Linked In.
