Patient Relations Coordinator & Key Account Manager
Massive Bio, a rapidly growing health-tech startup, provides every cancer patient with access to clinical trials regardless of location or financial situation. Our proprietary solution for oncology clinical trials solves every friction point in traditional clinical trial enrollment.
* We are looking for an experienced Hematology/Oncology Account Manager to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Biotech/Pharma environment and be able to initiate, nurture, and manage relationships with physicians, patient advocacy groups, physician associations, hospitals/health systems, and CROs.
* The successful candidate will build patient identification channels through outreach and engagement with providers, collaborate with stakeholders to enhance awareness about clinical trials and patient care solutions, and provide support for expanding and managing our existing and potential new strategic partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in healthcare, familiarity with medical terminology and the healthcare system, strong relationship management and communication skills, and bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese.
