Responsibilities
Lead the creation, testing, and maintenance of applications and services using Golang, ensuring optimal coding practices.
Identify and drive improvements in performance through code refactoring.
Design and oversee architecture of new applications or services, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security.
Coordinate integration of services and components via RESTful APIs, gRPC, and other protocols.
Ensure implementation and maintenance of unit and integration tests.
Supervise and ensure up-to-date code, architecture, and system documentation.
Lead and participate in code reviews, promoting high-quality standards and sharing knowledge.
Facilitate collaboration among developers, designers, and business team members.
Implement and promote best security practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Over 5 years of experience as a Backend Developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of software architecture principles.
Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and other integration protocols.
Proficient in implementing automated testing.
Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
Familiarity with code review processes.
Knowledge of security best practices in software development.
