Key skills include Laravel, Vue.js (with TypeScript), full stack delivery across backend and frontend, testing, performance tuning, debugging, awareness of AWS, MySQL, NoSQL, Tailwind CSS, AI tooling familiarity, and experience with 'in-house Product'. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software development principles and be able to speak and write in English to professional levels.
