Committed to innovation and continuous improvement, Magnesia is expanding internationally, emphasizing employee experience and growth.Position: Sales Manager – Cement and Construction Additives – Brazil F/MContract: Permanent – Location: Fortaleza (Brazil) or full remote from BrazilPlease submit your resume in English.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop the business of mineral additives for construction materials in Brazil, supported by technical, marketing, logistics, and quality teams.Identify, prospect, qualify, and grow a customer portfolio in dry mix and concrete formulation markets.Negotiate commercial contracts ensuring optimal supply and results.Manage product approval and testing processes, providing technical support.Promote products technically through industry events and fairs.Coordinate with the Global Business Line Manager in France on market opportunities.Oversee order and delivery processes to ensure excellent customer service.Report on commercial activities using CRM tools.An onboarding period with technical and commercial support will ensure quick operational readiness in raw materials and specialty markets.ProfileRequired Profile:Bachelor, Master, or Engineering degree in civil engineering or construction material formulation.Significant sales experience in technical products/solutions within the Construction Chemicals sector. Business/sales degree candidates should have technical knowledge and extensive experience in Construction Materials/Chemicals industry.Key success factors include strong presence, adaptability, conviction, tenacity, and technical and commercial expertise.Fluent English and Portuguese are mandatory.Willingness to travel up to 40-50% nationally and internationally.We value your personality as much as your experience.
