As a seasoned Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of Salesforce projects from start to finish. About the Role
* IT experience required
* A proven track record of managing large-scale Salesforce projects, including delivery leadership, governance, and team management
* Strong implementation experience of the Salesforce CRM platform
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Epic and feature releases to clients according to quarterly plans
* Conduct monthly governance and weekly status updates with business and IT stakeholders
* Closely engage with Salesforce to develop umbrella solutions for senior executive reporting
