**What You'll Do**
- Build advanced web apps.
- Improve and make custom digital tools.
- Follow best coding practices and document well.
- Lead projects with care and responsibility.
**What We Need**
- A college degree in software engineering or similar, with 10 years of work experience.
- Strong skills in C#,.NET, and Object-Oriented Programming.
- Know front-end tools like Angular, React, Next.JS, Vue, and Astro.
- Experience with Azure, Umbraco CMS, and platforms like Sanity.io, Storyblok, or Contentful is a plus.
- Good at English; German is a bonus.
