About the Role:
The role is a key management and coordination position responsible for ensuring that business and technical requirements are accurately captured, dependencies are met, and solutions are delivered and adopted efficiently across the enterprise. We support project teams and squads committed to excellence.
Main Activities:
1. Guide teams in mastering Scrum practices for effective execution.
2. Lead Scrum events to enhance collaboration and transparency.
3. Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog priorities.
4. Remove obstacles to improve quality of deliverables.
5. Cultivate continuous improvement and best practices.
6. Foster self-organization and positive teamwork.
7. Ensure adherence to Scrum values and maintain a sustainable work pace.
8. Coordinate with Scrum Masters and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Requirements:
* More than three years of experience as a Scrum Master.
* Proficiency in Jira and Confluence to drive efficiency.
* Ability to work in GMT+2 timezone.
* Native Spanish speaker.
* Advanced proficiency in English.
* Experience working in diverse and multicultural environments.
