Business Planning Analyst Lead
Our team is seeking a seasoned Business Planning Analyst Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial trajectory.
* Prepare timely and accurate three-year financial projections that consider inflation, business growth, and historical behavior.
* Develop detailed revenue forecasts for key clients by analyzing their historical performance and incorporating business growth assumptions.
* Create comprehensive cost projections that take into account inflation, relationships with key stakeholders, and strategic initiatives.
* Manage CAPEX and cash flow at a high level, ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term goals.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with SSC finance teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity across Accounting, Reporting, and Controlling departments.
* Develop and implement effective cost allocation rules that define percentages for different business lines.
* Coordinate stakeholders to receive inputs for building budget, forecast, and three-year plans on time.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* Around 10 years of work experience in finance areas and 5 years in FP&A leadership roles.
* Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Business Intelligence tools, and IT platforms (Oracle, Hyperion).
