Job Summary

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-orientedAccounting Specialist IIIto join our team in São Paulo. This role is critical to maintaining the financial integrity of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, both local and international (IFRS), and will be responsible for delivering accurate financial insight to support strategic decision-making.
Location: São José dos Campos - State of São Paulo, Brazil
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze financial data and prepare accurate, timely reports for management.
* Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS and Brazilian GAAP).
* Verify the accuracy of financial statements and related documentation.
* Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
* Maintain and oversee general ledger activities.
* Support internal and external audits, including documentation and process improvements.
* Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning.
* Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
* Ensure adherence to corporate financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of relevant accounting experience.
* CRC (Conselho Regional de Contabilidade) certification preferred.
* Strong knowledge of IFRS and Brazilian GAAP.
* Proficiency in accounting systems; experience withSAPandBPCis a plus.
* Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
* Advanced English proficiency is required.
