This TPM will drive program execution across cross-functional teams—translating product intent into clear plans, predictable delivery, and measurable outcomes—while ensuring work is well-managed in GitHub (where our PM workflows now live). This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations—bringing structure, visibility, and momentum to complex initiatives, and enabling the PM to focus on customer and market discovery. - Own end-to-end program management for multiple digital commerce initiatives, from intake through delivery and rollout. - Build and maintain integrated plans (milestones, dependencies, risks, resourcing, timeline) across product, engineering, data, QA, security, and partner teams. - Drive delivery rituals: standups, sprint/iteration planning support, backlog readiness, dependency reviews, status reporting, and go/no-go readiness. - Serve as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders—ensuring alignment on scope, sequencing, tradeoffs, and “definition of done.” - Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and decisions;
escalate with context and options, not just problems. - Ensure clear communication across teams and leadership with concise updates and action-oriented readouts. - Help standardize how initiatives are tracked in GitHub (e.G., issues, epics, project boards, milestones), driving consistent hygiene and visibility. - Improve team throughput by reducing friction in processes and tooling (templates, workflows, reporting, intake). - Identify opportunities to use AI-enabled workflows to reduce overhead (e.G., release comms drafting, backlog grooming support, automated status summaries, incident triage workflows, documentation acceleration) while maintaining governance and quality. - Partner with engineering and product to implement pragmatic automation that improves delivery efficiency. - Coordinate release plans across teams: readiness checklists, rollout sequencing, communication plans, training/support readiness, and post-launch monitoring. - Ensure operational handoffs and documentation are complete for production support.
